Based out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products for diagnostic labs and hospitals. Its focus is accurate, more personalised diagnostics, especially in infectious diseases.
Backed by Indian science agencies including DST, BIRAC, and DBT, the team has brought together genomics, bioinformatics, and clinical application. Its portfolio now spans infectious disease testing, tuberculosis drug resistance, and pharmacogenomics.
The company's TB genomics work was recognised among BIRAC-supported innovations and showcased in 2022.

WHERE IT BEGAN
Research roots.
Real-world reach.
HaystackAnalytics grew from the research environment at IIT Bombay, with support from Indian science agencies including DST, BIRAC and DBT. Its first clinical genomics focus addressed tuberculosis, one of India’s major healthcare challenges.
The team has since extended its portfolio to broad infectious disease identification and pharmacogenomics, while building tools that help laboratories and hospitals offer genomic diagnostics.
